Terms and Conditions
  1. Campaign Date: 1/2/2026 - 28/2/2026.
  2. Participants: All Hantec Financial clients in Thailand and Malaysia are eligible to participate in the campaign.
  3. Participants who meet the qualification criteria will receive trading credit calculated as a percentage of their deposited amount.
  4. The awarded bonus will be provided exclusively as trading credit, which cannot be withdrawn; only trading profits generated using this credit may be withdrawn.
  5. To qualify for any trading credit under this campaign, clients must make a minimum deposit of 100 USD or more in a single transaction.
  6. For the deposit made during the campaign period, clients will receive trading credit equivalent to 30% of the deposited amount, with the maximum credit limited to 3,000 USD.
  7. The total maximum trading credit any single client may receive during the entire campaign period is 3,000 USD.
  8. Following a qualified deposit, Hantec Financial will credit the trading bonus to the client's account by the next business day at the latest.
  9. The trading credit cannot cover trading losses, and the system will automatically cancel the credit if the account balance plus floating profit/loss falls below zero. If the cancellation of credit results in insufficient margin, the client assumes full responsibility for any resulting account risks.
  10. Clients who receive trading credit will have it immediately revoked if they process any withdrawals, including internal transfers between accounts. Once revoked, trading credit cannot be reapplied to the account under any circumstances.
  11. Clients who make withdrawals will immediately become ineligible for further participation in this campaign and will not receive credit for subsequent deposits.
  12. In some cases, trading credit may not be revoked immediately after a withdrawal request; clients are prohibited from using such pending credit for trading and assume all risks if they do so.
  13. The availability of trading credit may lower the account's stop-out level and could potentially result in negative balances, risks which clients must acknowledge and accept.
  14. This campaign only applies to trades executed through the MT4 or MT5 trading platforms.
  15. Only deposits made through online payment methods or bank transfers qualify for this campaign; internal fund transfers between accounts are excluded.
  16. All trading credits received during the campaign period will automatically expire 60 calendar days after the official campaign end date, after which any remaining credit will be permanently revoked from client accounts.
  17. The use of hedging strategies is strictly forbidden, and any participant found to be employing such strategies shall have their campaign participation immediately terminated with all bonus credits revoked.
  18. During the promotion, Hantec Financial reserves the right to deny the client’s qualification for participation, deduct any improper profits, or even terminate the partnership with clients if any breach of these terms and conditions is found.
  19. Breach behaviors include (but are not limited to): using the same IP address to trade simultaneously, conducting multiple accounts (including Hantec Financial internal accounts or between different brokers) for arbitrage, scalping, high-frequency trading, latency arbitrage, malicious hedging, trading oversized positions during trading hours, putting accounts under single exposure with multiple similar trades, trading products that are too concentrated and pose a high-risk condition, etc.
  20. For Thailand market: After adding the official Hantec Financial Thailand LINE OA and completing the registration form within LINE OA, clients who meet the required closed lot volume during the promotion period (excluding U.S. stock products) will be eligible to claim rewards according to the corresponding reward tier.
    For Malaysia market: After completing the registration form (Link) , clients who meet the required closed lot volume during the promotion period (excluding U.S. stock products) will be eligible to claim rewards according to the corresponding reward tier.
  21. Prize Limitation: Each client is entitled to claim one time only.
  22. After the promotion ends and results are verified, designated staff will contact all eligible clients. A prize redemption form link will be provided for winners to complete. The form is used to collect prize selection and delivery details.
  23. Eligible clients must submit the form on or before (14 March 2026).
  24. The prizes offered under this promotion are subject to limited availability and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. The quota for each prize tier is as follows:
    • • Tier 1: 5 Lots — limited to 25 recipients
    • • Tier 2: 10 Lots — limited to 20 recipients
    • • Tier 3: 20 Lots — limited to 15 recipients
    • • Tier 4: 50 Lots — limited to 10 recipients
    Once the quota for any tier has been fully redeemed, no further prizes will be issued for that tier.
    The rewards offered in Thailand and Malaysia differ. Please refer to the respective campaign pages for full details.
  25. Clients who fail to submit complete delivery information by (date) will be deemed to have forfeited their prize entitlement. Each eligible client may submit the form once only; in the event of multiple submissions, the latest submission will prevail. Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.
  26. Physical prizes will be arranged for delivery within one (1) week after the prize redemption form submission deadline. 
  27. If a client has successfully applied the credit bonus, he shall not be eligible to participate in other promotions of Hantec Financial before the bonus is canceled.
  28. Hantec Financial reserves the right to disqualify any participant of the Campaign, if there is a suspicion of misuse or abuse.
  29. Hantec Financial reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions, and the right to extend or suspend the campaign.
  30. Clients participating in this event are considered to fully understand and accept the above terms. Clients found to have engaged in abusive behavior that damages the company’s reputation (e.g., posting false reviews, defamation, or spreading misleading information) may be subject to legal consequences.
  31. These Terms and Conditions are made in English. Any other language translation is provided as a convenience only. In the case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the original English text and the translation into any other language, as the case may be, the English text shall prevail.
